Alan J. Coleman MIIMS MSCMS, Group CEO
Group CEO of Times Marine and Aalmar Surveys (UK & USA). An ex-Engineer in the British Royal Navy with many years experience in the offshore industry in the Middle East, and over 10 years experience in wet and dry cargo vessel and offshore structure involved surverys. Jon Hewson C.Eng., C. Mar.Eng., F.Inst.MarEST, Managing Director

Robert F. Kerr, Marine Surveyor
Robert has 18 years experience in the marine industry, including nine in the Navy; four years on surface ships and five years on submarines. Robert spent the next eight years as a Master on Salvage/Harbour Tugboats operating out of Richards Bay, South Africa, a deep water Port with the biggest coal terminal in the world. His offshore career includes surveying, predominately cargo related operations, ITS inspections, ISO audits, draught and bunker surveys and on/off hire inspections.

Panayiota Triantafyllou C. Eng., Engineering Manager
Naval Architect with MSc. degree, Panayiota has ten years experience in the Marine Industry in both design and production phases. She has provided engineering support on tankers, containers and yachts and has participated in the construction of two 85m luxury mega yachts. She has also lead design and supervised production of composite crafts for the government and private sectors.

Michelle Megson, Operations Manager
Michelle comes from a banking and financial services background, with 18 years experience in client relationship management in multinational banks and investment companies. Michelle established and managed a representative office in Dubai for a large, privately owned investment company. She was also employed in a support role to the marine team for a leading oil company in Dubai prior to taking up employment with Times Marine in 2004.

George Baras, Master Mariner / Marine Surveyor
A Romanian Master Mariner with over 9 years command experience onboard crude and product tankers. He has also served as Deck Officer and Chief Officer onboard a variety of vessels including Ro-ros, Bulk Carriers, Container and General Cargo. Marian Dedu, Master Mariner / Marine Surveyor
A Romanian Master Mariner with over 17 years experience at sea onboard a variety of vessels, including Offshore Supply, AHTS, General Cargo, Bulk Carriers, Container and General Cargo. He has extensive experience of cargo operations and was last employed by a Swiss company as Chief Officer, Offshore Supply / Four point mooring / Dive Support vessel.

Jun Avila E. Eng., Surveyor
Has over 16 years of experience in Ship Repair & Construction in a major Shipyard with a Dock capacity of 350,000 DWT, holding various positions from Supervisory to Managerial level in Maintenance, Electrical & Mechanical Divisions and as a Ship Repair Manager with 14 years of field experience in the Construction & Maintenance of Industrial Plants & Facilities. Holder of a degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Master in Business Administration. Has worked as an Engineering Manager, Electrical Department Manager and Marine Surveyor in the U.A.E. since 2004.

Czarina dela Cruz, Group Accountant
Czarina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 20 years experience in different fields of accounting. She worked as bookkeeper, chief accountant, financial controller, internal /external auditor. She was also once a university professor handling accounting and math subjects. She worked as a Senior Auditor in one of leading auditing firms in UAE before she joined Times Marine in 2007.
